Life itself is full of imperfections. There is no such thing as a perfect Company, even those top companies like Microsoft have their imperfections, criticisms here and there.

OT:
I can attest to that (re Microsoft)! I can't give you the deails, but working in this company is not like perfect.. i say far than perfect. <Im even in the ofice right now because of the imperfections! >

@missymisu... Its really sad to hear your story, what you've been through. I think I've met the HR you've mentioned above. (I think so). hehe. Anyways, I just want to share my insights about this.
Life itself is full of imperfections. There is no such thing as a perfect Company, even those top companies like Microsoft have their imperfections, criticisms here and there.
It's a wide battlefield out there, a survival of the fittest. You have to be very tough to survive. It's just sad to know that some people do unethical, unrighteous things just to get to the top, or they're just simply insensitive to other people/co-employees. Moving on, It is still up to you to wisely plan your career path with much consideration with your working environment. You have all the right to let your voice be heard and do some actions about it. But if the "evil ones" are still very persistent, then It would be best for you to take another route, change of plans, and perhaps search for greener pasture to other companies. Let the "dark" past be a lesson learned. Anway, you get wiser and stronger everytime you face these life's challenges.
Let KARMA do its part. hehehe... kidding.. Anyways, Justice will always prevail in the right time. Good Luck in your endeavors! Cheer up Life is still beautiful despite its grey areas.

Thank you for responding, mystic_stranger143. I know life is imperfect gyud. Anyway, we'll just try to see kung unsay progress ato. Gipangkapoy na sad ming mga agents ug pakig-away about anang among compensations and benefits stuff. I know all companies are not perfect gyud and I know someday I may be working in a company which is even worse than this company. I just hope mahusay tanan tanan.

If ul be taking exams, i dont know if required ba mag business attire.
Anyway, better to dress-up, but not to the extent nga dili ka comfy sa imo gisul-ob.
Ayaw nalang usa pag necktie.. waheheheh

HR job was the ideal job I had in mind before (when i was undecided what course to take back in college..lols..). hehehe. but I'm with solutions now......

@akira sendoh....yup...Despite being a new hire, it didn't stop me from being vigilant to my environment hehe......If you're part of the HR team. .. perhaps you can relay the grievances of the BPO pipz.....to higher management..Its no longer normal, its alarming... Don't wait for the situation to get worst pretty soon. You can do something about it. A little help would matter.
