@Ya_Sui: ay, sorry kaayo.. hehe. kay pag-kita lang gud nako sa "Batman vs. Superman" nga imong gi-post ba, wa ko ka-tuo kay ahaka pud anang mag-kontra si Batman og si Superman oi.. ka-ubo man si batman ana.. but then again, batman does carry around with him a piece of kryptonite.. so ka-ubo pud si superman. hehe. i did a little Google and yes, tinuod diay nga naay Batman vs Superman pero na-cancelled daw? i found this article and here is a quote..
Ever since I first read Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns I have wanted to see this showdown on the big screen.

My favorite line in any comic book at any time to this day remains the words uttered by Batman near the end of his fight with Superman when he says:

"You're beginning to get the idea, Clark. This is the end, for both of us. We could have changed the world, now, look at us; I've become a political liability, and you, you're a joke." And as Batman really starts slugging him, he says, "I want you to remember, Clark... in all the years to come... in your most private moments... I want you to remember my hand at your throat... I want you to remember the one man who beat you".
sus, kung ingon ana ang ending sa movie, nindot jud kaayo ni.. isoga paminawon ni batman diha oi.. favorite jud ni nako si Batman sa tanan DC heroes.. :P
so again, sorry kaayo.. hehe peace!Â*

    Default upcoming MOVIES

    From malaya.com.ph

"Little Man." Shawn Wayans plays a man so anxious to become a father that he mistakes an extremely short-statured, baby-faced criminal on the run, played by Marlon Wayans, for his newly adopted son.

"Zoom." An out-of-shape former superhero (Tim Allen) is reluctantly called back into action to turn a ragtag group of kids into a new generation of superheroes to save the world from destruction.

"The Gridiron Gang." A detention camp probation officer (The Rock) creates a high-school-level football team from a group of dangerous teenage inmates.

"The Santa Clause 3." Holiday magic mixes with comical chaos at the North Pole as Santa (Tim Allen) juggles a full house and Jack Frost (Martin Short), tries to take over the "big guy’s" holiday.

"Stick It." Jeff Bridges plays the coach of a team of rule-abiding gymnasts who develop a taste for rebellion after a renegade member joins the crew.

"Unaccompanied Minors." It’s Christmas Eve and five kids are snowed-in at the airport — and there isn’t a parent in sight. The kids try to outwit a disgruntled airport official and reunite with their families.

"Used Guys." The futuristic comedy is set in a world where women run the Earth and men are extinct. Jim Carrey and Ben Stiller play clones rendered obsolete by superior models whose enhancements include better listening and lovemaking skills.

"Stranger Than Fiction." The world of an IRS Agent (Will Ferrell) is turned upside-down when he begins to hear his life being chronicled by a narrator only he can hear. The Narrator (Emma Thompson) is struggling to complete her book, unaware that her protagonist is alive and controlled by her words.

"Catch and Release." Jennifer Garner plays a woman facing the sudden death of her husband and the secrets he kept from her.

"Music & Lyrics By." The chemistry of a washed-up ‘80s pop star (Hugh Grant) and his quirky plant lady (Drew Barrymore) heats up at the piano while collaborating on a love song.

"License to Wed." The wedding plans of a young couple (Mandy Moore, John Krasinski) are interrupted when the pushy minister (Robin Williams) orders the pair to pass a two-week pre-nuptial class.

"Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby." The story of NASCAR stock car racing sensation (Will Ferrell) whose "win at all costs" approach has made him a national hero.

"Beerfest." When two American brothers travel to Germany to spread their grandfather’s ashes, they stumble upon a super-secret, centuries old, underground competition — the Olympics of beer drinking.

I wonder why does local movie writers tell everything about a movie in their columns? Is it because that during the presscon, the producers, the director and the cast tell the entire story?!

From DREAM FACTORY of MARIO BAUTISTA
    www.malaya.com.ph 6/23

After the hit romance, "All About Love," Angelica Panganiban will now be seen as an avenging ghost in the horror flick, "White Lady," where she plays the title role.

In "White Lady," she appears with GMA-7 talents like Pauleen Luna, Iwa Moto, JC de Vera and Gian Carlos. "Nakakatuwa nga as we belong to rival networks, so it’s impossible for us to work on TV. But I’m glad we’re given the chance to work together on the big screen and I had a nice time working with all them. Mga kapamilya at kapuso na nagkatrabaho for the first time and it is fun."

Will she be able to scare the audience as "White Lady"? "Definitely, and it’s no joke to play the role of a ghost as I have a disfigured face in the film. They apply prosthetics on my face at 24 hours ‘yun nakakabit sa’kin kaya I developed allergic reaction to the material at lumobo ang mga mata ko. Taking it off is also painful kasi it’s pasted on my skin."

The film opens with the school janitor, played by CCP exec Nanding Josef no less, hearing a lady singing inside a dark classroom. When he investigates, he sees a white lady writing something on the blackboard. He touches the white lady on the shoulder and when she faces him, he is shocked to see her monstrous face.

"I was burned to death kasi in the story, so I have to sport that ugly hideous face," adds Angelica. "I play a provinciana who falls in love with JC De Vera, but Iwa Moto is also in love with him so she bullies me and does something with her barkada that causes my death. I then return to haunt them all."
