its sad when i get to hear and read a lot of negative feedbacks about xlibris. I've been here for two months, going on three na and so far, i am hanging on. let's just say that im not the biggest and the number one fan of xlibris, but certainly, i can say that i am a fan.
tanang company naay pros and cons, its impossible na puro pros lang or puro cons lang. i guess depende lang jud na sa employee or x-employee kung unsa ang ila pag perceive sa ila experience/s sa company kung bati ba or nindot. let's just say that if you can't please everybody, then the same goes for xlibris, they most certainly can't please every employee. let's just be thankful for once that they have opened their employment opportunities to us cebuanos and giving a high compensation at that. They might as well have opened their doors in manila, but they didn't they chose cebu, at least that accounts for something. More high paying jobs for cebuanos, means more family being fed.
To quote shawn henrie, "it's not called a job for nothing. if you're paid more, then your expected to work more". Expect nlang jud mo na kung trabaho, trabaho jud mu if xlibris mo. alangan naman ga cge cla sweldo nimu nya patuyang lang sad kag absent? loosing proposition kai na sa company.
Believe me, i have had my shares of complaint about sa xlibris but i guess makaya ra kai im in it for the challenge and money jud. they pay big believe me, but grabe sad jud ug work load. i forget to breath sometimes ngud sa kadaghang huna-hunaun na trabaho, but what keeps me going is that at least they are paying me naman for every single cent that theyre due sa ako...

    Default xlibris

I can't say it's a perfect company because I don't believe there's such. It's more on your outlook and what you want in a job. We're paid to do the job and we have to do what is expected. And if you just want to be paid without even sweating then you're not looking for a job. You're looking for a past time. Even when we we're still students we were expected to pass our subjects so basically it's the same thing. Do what's expected from you. And to answer about the highest earner and yet got kicked out? Oh well, sorry to say but absentism is not being tolerated. Please note nobody is indispensable. So, even if you're the CEO, you still have the board of directors and the investors to look at your performance. And if CEO doesn't perform, CEO can get fired. So please, don't believe everything you've read and hear.

amen to that! i guess i know who pet is, based on your post. but i will not say that xlibris is a nice company too! its just the way how you accept and understand the way people on this company works. pay? its offers a big basic monthly salary, but there are no other ways of compensation aside from that. basic pay in xlibris is 22k and that's it. take note, gross ra na, wait till makuhaan na ug deductions...

Therefore, he was summoned for the position and lucky as he feel he is, he accepted it! Now, we are already suffering because of his inefficiency, kiss ass personality! as for the pay, 22K is the basic pay, no night diff, no allowances. but to tell you honestly, might as well work in other call centers coz you will even get a higher pay, plus the fact that the working encironment here is not nice! there are cameras all over the building, its like they dont trust their employees!!

i've worked with the company for 3 years, now... and this company knows how to value those who knows how to value their job. This is not a place for irresponsible and immature people. This is work in the truest sense.

To call center hoppers who only wants to check out places where there is less work and less responsibilities --- think again... this is no place for you! Even janitors, who only get 1/5 of what agents are getting, work hard to get paid to live. So if the company pays you 5-digits...obviously that means --- work work work...getz!

And about the salary computation---, that's why there is a JOb Offer session, so you get to study the contract...if you sign it -- you agree to it --- so, dont complain.

We have strict policies, and we mean business!

To those who are interested to try it here --- beware of listening to the wrong people! They're mostly sour losers. If they were intelligent and mature people, they would have raised their concerns the right way -- not rant about it to others who cant relate.

So long as you do your job right, you're safe and you're in!
