Me and my teammates from work are saving up as we are planning to go there this summer but not on holy week.
I have been to Bantayan before and yes, the beach and the seafood are AWESOME!.. Its like a local paradise for us here and surely we will never get tired of going back. There are certain cheap cottages and accomodation you can avail just make sure to book ahead esp if you are going during the Lenten Season..

enjoyed my long weekend at bantayan... wa jud bawd!
ugtong has improved a lot since my last visit.
and as usual, i did not go back to the city without stopping by white sands for their pizza and pasta. hope there will be more long weekends para balik na pud ko...
