na undang lng kay pait kaau ako kauban sa pamilya ky lami kaau ug kaon permi mka suya ..
pero balik ko ani next month .. hinay2x lng ..

I've been actually doing IF for 2 months now and the results are great. I tried various IF methods, Eat Stop Eat, Lean Gains, Warriors Diet and found Lean Gains to be the one that suited my lifestyle... while Eat stop eat being the hardest. I'm actually doing a 6hour eating window instead of 8. I start my eating window at 12noon and end it at 6pm. No more food after that. I workout in the morning.Good results so far.... although I still can't compare to you guys.
