these police officers were not assigned in our Mandaue ... what do you mean "among many others" ... ?!

abuses like these are not tolerated by the officials here in our City ... both the police and the local government ...

Mandaue has the best Police Force in the region ... making our City the lowest in crime rate second only to Siquijor ...

it happened in Mandaue hence my post. this does not only apply to the police, sir. what about those business owners who think they can use the sidewalks and part of the streets to accommodate their customers and delivery vehicle? even residents claim the sidewalks as their personal garage. what about those motorists who occupy the sidewalks and the pedestrian lanes? they do this just because they are taxpayers and giving money to the government.

muerte if you really want to help ... please be specific when and where these things are happening ... because from where i am i cannot see these things you complain of ...

there are some vendors who are very aggressive in occupying sidewalks ... as per your report about the argument between police officers who were doing business and those tasked to clear the sidewalks ...

if you truly want to help improve our Mandaue ... and not just to criticize ... please cite specific areas where these things are happening and are being tolerated ... thank you ...

i get to commute and walk around Mandaue randomly and i see these things everytime, everywhere. i do not need to specify these places and times because they are just there. are there no people working for the city to tell those who are in authority where the problems are? i remember being asked what those dispatchers are doing that is illegal so they can be apprehended. are their presence already a violation? should those erring individuals do something offensive to those in power or those connected to power so their actions can be deemed as wrong?
