For me its just so flat. As what abortretryfail said, 10-20 minutes before sunset or 10-20 minutes before sunrise should give you a more color.
I use a 5D most of the time and have a 20D as backup...but this time I'm looking for an inexpensive wide prime for my 5D. I'm keeping my 20D for telephoto shots when I get the 70-200 IS + 1.4x TC or the 100-400.Originally Posted by agoroy

dazednconfused, as others have said, you should've waited for the "golden hour" to get more colorful effect and I think the horizon is a little tilted to the right.
