In front should be Dumaguete, Negros.

amateur photographer here,.. wala pa jd ko cam ky ni borrow ra ko ana but proud japun ko nga akoa na nga shot.

For me its just so flat. As what abortretryfail said, 10-20 minutes before sunset or 10-20 minutes before sunrise should give you a more color.

30mm won't work well with other canon bodies except 30D and 400D .. i'm not sure with 20D, but somehow not good with 300D and 350D

I use a 5D most of the time and have a 20D as backup...but this time I'm looking for an inexpensive wide prime for my 5D. I'm keeping my 20D for telephoto shots when I get the 70-200 IS + 1.4x TC or the 100-400.

anakin, nice colors but is it just me or the horizon is slightly tilted to the left?

dazednconfused, as others have said, you should've waited for the "golden hour" to get more colorful effect and I think the horizon is a little tilted to the right.
