The most corrupt in the Philippines are the people itself .

Who are those in the government, angencies, people of the philppines...

The first step we do to illiminate those corrupt practises is to educate the whole filipino community, what is corruption, what is good and bad for the country.

dcuenco is right on his comments, the corruption begins in your belief.

Mostly, sa ating pinoy not all , mahilig sa ninong (Godfather) ipinagmamalaki pa ang mga ginagawang hindi tama, katulad sa "ako ang bahala ninong ko ang mayor, governador, congressman".

And I observe some OFW workers nagnanakaw ng mga gamit sa kanilang company pero pinagmamalaki nila kung paano nila nakuha ang mga yon, base yan sa kwento nila sa akin.

Is it good to boast all this bad works they had done? its part of corruption right?

Corruption is one of the main causes of poverty in the Philippines.

And the GMA administration is one of the most corrupt ever.
