    OT:

    1. read the rules.
    2. true na naay mga heated arguments from time to time but keep the discussion healthy... cite your sources as possible.
    3. belittling naman ang gi focus ng mga na banned gud, no intention na maminaw sa counter arguments. first timer guro sa public forum.
    4. out of delicadeza dont argue your case here, Mod discretion nana, thats not to be questioned nor compared.

    OnT:

I doubt BBL will push through, since the Mamasapano incident the BBL had become more unpopular and right now they were arguing the Constitutionality of it. Yes, the current administration is banking on the passage of BBL without Constitutional amendment.

If it had to hurdle a Constitutional amendment which is never been a popular thing, it is pretty much a numbers game considering Constitutional amendment needed to be ratified by the majority through a referendum. Again slim chance of passing.

Actually I was also one of those who reported due to the reason of annoyance, but thats no longer relevant. Please bear in mind that the MODS decision is absolute, whether it be bad or good on your end. The MODS will not make a decision without pondering on it first. Lets put it this way, theryre like referees on basketball or boxing, sometimes they make a call in which we dont agree, but we cant do jack sh*t anything about it since what they decide upon is absolute.

Regarding what Miriam said, thats is actually spot-on. Ive been thinking that the whole time since the president has been pushing that lame law. I always kept thinking "can he actually do that?", and Miriam juz answered my question.

this is the problem if ang atong presidente kay dili laywer or walay background sa Law. and this should not be a surprise, time and time again incumbent president will always do this, the Executive division will always try to do the things they want to do. that is why the Legislative and Judiciary is always there. this is why last election i was always rooting for Gibo to win. but alas, he allied with GMA which tarnished his harvard graduate and bar exam topnotcher reputation.
