i dont agree mj carried the bulls to 6 championships...........but the right word would be mj leads his teamates to the championships coz he's a good leader just like bill russell.....

kobe is a 6'10 ballhog and he need shaq to win another championship.......

besides if kobe is that great as of jordan is.....i believe he would have his own shoes named after him rather than wearing an air jordan team shoes.....

What made Michael Jordan so great? He's too hype when he entered the NBA and still surprised everyone because he showed that he can still even be a lot better, that's one thing Kobe Bryant and LeBron James haven't done so far. Jordan surpassed all the expectations thrown to him.

Even Kobe wants to be like Mike.

these 2 played in different eras.

Jordan played in an era where the game was much more physical and allowed much more contact. This meant Jordan had to work harder offensively to get his points. What is most impressive is that during this era, Jordan still managed to win 11 consecutive scoring titles, boasting an average 31.5 ppg and shooting an astonishing 50.5 percent from the field.

Kobe, who plays in an era in which the rules favor the offensive player, has career averages of 24.9 ppg on 45.4 percent shooting, although I will admit that the numbers are little deceptive because of Kobe's earlier seasons and three-point shooting.

Even Phil Jackson admitted that if only Jordan played in Kobe's era where rules mostly favored the offensive players, Michael will easily get 50+ points per game.

I admit Kobe has better handles compared to jordan and also has a better shooting range. Jordan prefers to use mid-range jumpshots and post-up games. Defensively, Jordan is way better. Jordan is much quicker compared to Kobe and has much better anticipation.

Well, this is just my opinion based on what i have seen and read about the 2 great players. No doubt, JORDAN RULES!!!

Whether it's through endorsements or not, owning a shoe line or "personalized" shoe isn't a barometer for greatness. That's the point.
