    hello guys, need pod ko ug advice ninyo. i work in a call center nya lisud gyud mag diet lalo na night shift gyud ako sched. the food we usually eat kay mga meat,burgers,chicken and pasta...lisud e control ang food coz during our shift, we eat a lot para pampawala sa duka..its hard pod kay morning patay sa tulog. ive been reading all your post here to search for answers..hehe...mura feeling nako magsuicide ko if puro oatmeal ako kaonon...hehehe..any suggestions what nga food ako pwede estore? the problem lang gyud is i sometimes skip meal or if not, eat too much carbs...tapos ang food na available sa party mostly kai meat... now, am eating yakisoba which i know isnt good.. skyflakes, nestea & junkfoods na lisud ewala..help help help...my cousin even told me i look so heavy daw...my bad!...
    any suggestions??

    The right thing to do is to eat sensibly. Everyone is different...every BODY is different. U don't really need to go on a diet. Look at Jessica Alba! She doesn't believe in diets. She just eats proper food and exercises. Just coz a certain diet is popular doesn't mean it'll work.

    I don't know how many times i've said this but never try to starve urself coz it's really bad for ur health.

    A tip for the girls: Unfortunately us girlies suffer from PMS which makes us crave high sugar and fat foods like chockies and bikkies...and mmmmmm icecream. We increase our kilojoule intake by 20% days before menstruation. Chocoloate and other sugary and fatty food are powerful brain and mood boosters and can be hard to refuse. So to combat this, keep some healthy snacks handy like unsalted nuts, fruit, low fat protein bars and wholegrain crackers. But if u really can't resist then dark chocolate in small amounts is ok.

    I agree.

    An active lifestyle id important and knowing your body as well. YOu can eat anything but you don't have to finish everything. The world's not going to disappear tomorrow. You can still wake up and finish that meal.

    You won't loose them that quickly tomorrow.

    it depends, if your too busy you can take supplements, if you have the time run a few blocks everyday.

    caffiene is one of the main ingredients of these thermogenics... ephedrine used to be included 'til it was banned a few years ago...

    Some still contain ephedrine... For me ephedrine is fine but be very careful when taking, ky ang highblood and dili katulog and magkurog...

    Ang pinaka nindot nga ingredient sa thermogenics are those that inhibit the sugar taste, so you don't go craving for choloates, candy, and other sweets.
