hello guys, need pod ko ug advice ninyo. i work in a call center nya lisud gyud mag diet lalo na night shift gyud ako sched. the food we usually eat kay mga meat,burgers,chicken and pasta...lisud e control ang food coz during our shift, we eat a lot para pampawala sa duka..its hard pod kay morning patay sa tulog. ive been reading all your post here to search for answers..hehe...mura feeling nako magsuicide ko if puro oatmeal ako kaonon...hehehe..any suggestions what nga food ako pwede estore? the problem lang gyud is i sometimes skip meal or if not, eat too much carbs...tapos ang food na available sa party mostly kai meat... now, am eating yakisoba which i know isnt good.. skyflakes, nestea & junkfoods na lisud ewala..help help help...my cousin even told me i look so heavy daw...my bad!...
any suggestions??
