i'm also an odesk provider for almost 1 year now... bsta be patience lang jd mo... den start mo ug low rate kay pra mka earn mo ug feedbacks from buyers after end of assignment... kay once naa naka good feedback, finding another job would be very easy na...

about payment method... ok ra man ang paypal but naa ma timingan nga providers nga ma hold ilang kwarta... don't know the reasons jd nla... i have 3 friends nga gblock sa paypal pro after processing some documents, nakuha ra pd nila ang kwarta...pro naay isa nga naibanan jd iya money...mao sad na disadvantage sa paypal...and also, sat and sun kay dili apil sa ilang transaction days...example, withraw ka friday, makuha na nimo either tues or wed...

sa payoneer card, naa xa monthly maintenance fee of $3 kng loaded imong card pro dli, $.03 ra mn guro to...den naay option nga i.withdraw daUn nimo after 2 hrs pro naay additional fee of $2.50...makuha ra jd daUn nimo ang money...

sa akoa kay i'm using payoneer... im at ease with payoneer kaysa paypal kay mhadlok ko ma hold sad nya ko money... pro ok ra jd ang duha... naa silay tagsa2x ka disadvantage...

sa akong experience, Odesk helps a lot... relax ra kaaU den your earning dollar, tax free...

odesk provider ko its very hard to compete sa mga tga india kay pwerte gamaya sa ilang rate mayo gani akong employer kay dli nko buhian simple ra kayo akong trabaho blog reviewer... para nko swerte2x ra jd nang trabaho sa odesk

guys, tips on Odesker, if newbie, try to impress the buyers with your application, start with very less hourly rate just to get a good feedbacks, they will come again and hire you. Patience, it will help you... me i already got 1k hours but at first two to three months i'm busted but thanks to the fixed jobs, i earned good feedbacks and some of them refers me to a new buyer... for a newbie, try to get the lowest bid even though you can't earn big at the start but believe me it will help you to get more and better payrate the next time around....
