the C5 thing is too tiny an issue to even waste your time with. just like what the report said, it's clearly politically motivated. if it was so dire, then why didn't they start the investigation sooner? every politician gets things to favor them with or without their own volition. and besides, villar's real estate business benefit a lot of people. take camella, for example. with affordable payment schemes, they've transformed the hills in maghaway into a place where people can actually own their homes.
