Chinese , Japanese , Indonesians , Malaysian , Korean etc dishes makes me hungry already . My typical main course should compose of 2 kinds of meat and 1 type of starch and ambot lang ninyo kung mo balibad ba mo ug RICE .
On meats specially ang mga ipang saute and grill , any secrets on MARINATING them before hitting the broiler and coals respectively ??

Imo pilion nga fish kanang bariles, tanguigue or yellow fin tuna or any similar variety.
hiwaon in cubes then kuha ka ug tabon tabon (murag chico ang porma). Kuskuson nimo ang unod dayun ang kinuskusan imo pug-an sa suka nga dili kaayo aslom (mag milky ang hitsura sa kinilaw nga fish ani.) Den butangan nimo ug biasong (green lemon) para pahumot.
Den butangan nimo ug crushed luy-a, sibuyas bombay, den sili.
Add sugar gamay. Den andam ka ug bahaw nga rice ug Cokes.

Brownies....
naa ko lain2x pagkaluto ani.. either, chewy, hard or soft lng...
feel nko or mas ganahan ko moluto ug chewy brownies na murag mo explode ang chocolate pagbite na......
baking is so easy... u will need the basic ingredients sa pagluto ani, basta unahaon ang butter, cocoa(mas maau kanang bitter jud)
e melt ang butter dapat mag double broiler... then, ibuhos ang cocoa, nya sugar napud... if melted na and halo na maau, dpat haonon and e add ang mga eggs(mas daghan eggs mas maau).. then add ang flour with leavening na and a pinch of salt.... then e bake daun...
serve with milk....

To all those inetersted in learning how to cook for CULINARY CAREERS , choose the schools wisely and project your market after for the next 2 years . I dont think and Cebu naay market for Chefs even though mga 5 star hotels and hisgutan . Cooks yes naa but Sous , Asst and Exec afaik kay paranegers gyud na ilaha , walay salig sa bisdak otherwise ang mga investors lang pod cguro ni kontrata nila kay barkada daan or parente .
I am only speaking of for Cebu , if you are in bigger cities like Singapore , Los Angeles , NY , Atlanta etc then chances of making it on top is big .
Learning how to cook can be learned from home . Our lolas and aunties are the best cooks in the world . What we learn in culinary institutes are basic forms of CULINARY in GENERAL not found in home . We also want that degree for an advantage in competition . If you want to go to school because of PASSION , I suggest learn at home . If it is for career , then go to school . CULINARY EDUCATION is not cheap , decide well on the matter of the learning process .
