    yeah, when i went there, it was a good applying experience, saw the agents around, quite relaxed and your boss was great. but, the HR person for hiring wasnt... just my feedback though.

    im currently working for a callcenter now. its may not be the worst but its still bad.

    youd have to pay for your cards for the payroll system, and they changed it twice na. ang sweldo hangtod karon daghan pa kaayo palpak. no incentives, no free coffee, they give you meal vouchers but its only going to be spent in their own restaurant with the lowest costing meal (silog) at 90 pesos. your meal vouchers for the whole month is at 1500. how are you supposed to eat up for the whole month?

    worst basin PS people support hehehe daghan man gud ko na dungan na cases sa labor. hehehe which means they have lots of probs sa law... convergys ko work karon, very decent company, although kapoi trabaho didto, they will pay you sa kahagu pud! nice

    Overall, i'd say working in a call center environment is a course in perseverance. Hours are lousy for the most part. Customer's can be rude (thankfully not too many of those in my account). And the stuff you're working for (vacation, gadgets etc) will be more affordable with your greater capacity for spending. Enjoying them however is going to take some doing. Time is your most valuable resource. I'd recommend spending a year or maybe two in the call center industry. See if you like it. If the whole thing feels like an assault on your sense of self worth then get the hell outta there.
    Not worth your time or life. You probably have greater things to accomplish than to earn a six figure salary and not have time to enjoy it.;
    i was in an insurance account also for providers..medical insurance..what name imu account? WP? maybe ka relate ko then transfer lang ko diha..hehehe..

    tapos kung musod ka dri, i wish you luck nga dli ka mag lisud ug pangitag lain job sa callcenter. kay noted na ang mga PS agents na delikado ang next company. kay ang PS mugokud ug kwarta sa next company tungod sa ilang semi altered na NO COMPETITION CLAUSE(pagka toytoy gyud aning Aegis).
