if nursing ka bai, kahibaw taka kapila nami kaadto ug bukid, naa mi community nga duty ug immersion nga makihalubilo mi sa tag.barrio...
bitaw, capable na baya ang school, dato na baya ang usc...ang problema lang, unlike sa uban school wa man college of medicine ang usc...ngano kaha..
what @race.boi meant is to do a volunteer work for community nursing like kanang program man guro karon sa DOLE for nurses, siguro mets. i understand pod sa imo part na gi mention regarding sa ato curriculum na part ang immersion BUT that is not volunteer professional work as i understood it ha. though it is part of our curricular exposure to gain and enhance our skills to assimilate within a community.
di mana volunteer ang tawag sa dole siguro te...trabaho naman jud na..pagsabot nako anang volunteer is way bayad..hehe..dili lalim mag.volunteer oi..wa sad guro mosukol ug volunteer if sa barrio unless if naay honorarium..
mao bah..6months mana with pay diba? 3months community 3 months hospital?
The NARS Program, a Training cum Deployment Program, aims to address the (1) glut in inexperienced nurses and the proliferation of "volunteer nurses" working in hospitals without being paid, but instead, they themselves pay the hospitals to obtain Certificate of work experience; and (2) to promote health of the people and bring the government closer to them.
