hahha,mao jud..kato essay ba noh unya ang second part nga exam kay complex kaayo......hehe! algi oi,bati man diay gihapon.

ya right,ok ra man ang essay,ya naa to second set sa exam,parallelism and sentences have similar structure and had to explain each distinction,haha!

mao na ang pinaka b.s. nga company nasudlan namo sa ako gf.... yes dako kaayo ug salary, specially kami nga sellers kaayo. pero the management, di lng jud madala na! this is the only company nga nakakita ko ug HR nga mga powerful.. like as if unsa ila work? they're not even good english speakers yet they are the ones who have the final say before hiring newbies! duh.. anyway wa na namo naagwanta, hawa mi just after regularization... karon, im happy with cvg, and magnurse na ko next year para makawork ko as a nurse sa gawas if mafiancee visa ko.

i totally agree. diri ra pud ko nakadungog ug HR nga way claro. trabaho man unta na sa HR ang pag ayo sa ilang calendar aron makahibaw ung unsa ang mga holidays for the year. i think it was on august 6 (cebu province foundation day) nga pag-day itself ra nakahibaw ang HR nga holiday diay ana nga day and too late na kay nisulod ang mga employees so it ended nga gibayran na lang nila ug holiday premiums ang mga nisulod.

dili man gani holiday sa company karon (eidl fitr) and they're not paying the holiday premium. mao daw ang gi-ingon sa american person nga naa sa management...

and regarding the hiring, i'll have to say amen to that. naa ko nahibaw-an nga ila gidawat just because gi-gwapahan ang mga tao niya even if she performed poorly sa ilang "exams"...

wala ra na bro sa amo kauban... cya ang highest earner ha.. mu-top jud to cya ug 125k - 350k per month, commisions ra na. just becuase kay nadaghan ug absences walay pagduha2x gitak2x. unsa gud tawn na.. kung ang uban company ila na gunityan ug maayo kay the more deals he closes, the more money the company earns. dili, kay ang hr ang nagbuot, hatag pa daw kuno dayon ug mga papers sa boss, pagkaugma, wagtang. unsa mana ang h.r soya beans? hehehe anyway, now that im no longer in that company, even though im only earning 1/4 than what i earned before, im very happy and satisfied.

After hearing all the stories about Xlib here in istorya, maybe we can ask those who are currently still in the company as to why they have stayed in the company..
