What's your favorite book and why?

Hero with a Thousand Faces by Joseph Campbell.

It's a book about an idea that all myths have the same story, albeit a few differences here and there but essentially they tell the same message. He was also the one who came up with the Hero's Journey which is a great skeleton structure for building stories. His work is credited for making Star Wars become what it was since George Lucas used the Hero's Journey to structure the plot of Star Wars.

Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter, Ranger's Apprentice....i just like children's book...light to read, clean, but still not dragging...

^ Chronicles of Narnia is one of my fave books. Aslan literally represent Jesus Christ in the story.

• Aristotle and Dante discover the secrets of the universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz .It presents the struggles and challenges of growing up different and learning to love and accept yourself for what and who you are. It's definitely a masterpiece, no wonder the book won multiple awards! (It's almost always sold out in bookstores though)
• More than this by Patrick Ness The weirdest and strangest mystery book that I have ever read. The Author leaves the ending of the story to you and your imagination. Don't read this when you're about to sleep because you won't be able to stop reading and thinking! Don't tell me I didn't warn you!
