Only 1.1% of Filipinos have life insurance coverage which means majority of the Filipinos doesn't have any insurance protection. Are you part of the minority (1.1%) who are financially secured or the majority (98.9%) who are prone to financial struggles during hard times?

CAP is not Life Insurance that is why their clients wasn't protected by the insurance commission. But in fairness CAP was an honest company it mission was good also, its just that no one was there to monitor its investment casing it to fail. And also we should blame it to the president who de-regularize the tuition fee regulation. Because of that president, tuition fee is increasing about 10% per year. no one is controlling them. Specially the catholic schools are one of the highest abuse.

do you have a link of that sis? as far as I know, CAP is under pre-need category. insurance commission only regulates insurance company.

Nope. That is what my trainer of investment link program told me. The money invested daw is refunded but ang promise as policy DLI na mahatag. Alphabetical order daw ang pay.refund. check LNG sa cap Lara sigurado ta.

If CAP is going to be rehabilitated by IC, basin naay insurance company nga motake over ana. But in my opinion, it doesn't make any sense for any company to take over CAP considering its debt, responsibilities to the people and non-liquid assets (if naa pa silay assets).
