    thanks sir @renz... i was thinking bout ON Whey too but where exactly in Lahug is wisechoice sir? dili ko familiar sa store and do you have any idea how much cheaper it is as compared to buying one in the mall. good thing you mention bout the price para makabudget ko ahead of time. TIA

    Even if you have boat loads of supplements but your nutrition is not in check and you don't have a solid training program then don't expect any gains. Also, you can't make it quick even if you use steroids. Weightlifting is a marathon, you must be dedicated to it.

    You're question is very contradicting sir. You want to tone your arms but you don't want to gain muscles? What are you going to "tone" then? Fat?

    Don't expect that to happen, you'll just be disappointed. Engage in resistance training and continually progress with the weights that you're lifting then eventually you'll achieve your goal.
