how to gain muscle with out gaining too much fat..i think i mess up with my diet i gain from 110 to 125 lbs now but ang tomy ni dako2x siya although ni dako sad other part sa body i can see that muscles are growing ako sup kay creatine and mass gainer power drink more on calorie siya unsa agay e ilis na ani nya

assuming im workout 3 times a week den cardio 2 times a week with strict diet (with cheat days) and a goal of 3 months

mga sir, im planning to buy a post workout shake can anybody suggest of a good one? Actually, I have been working out for the past 5 years na and ever since im not into protein dietary supplements because after workout i prefer to eat a full meal like tuna/pork, rice and fruits but because layo man amoa sa akong gym and usually mahuman ko past 5pm na which is tingpauli na so busy na kaayo ang mga dan, ang ending hapdos kaayo akong tiyan coz quaker oat cookies ra akong kan-on. I am thinking of buying one para at least while going home after workout, naa koy mainom for muscle recovery and rehydration at the same time. TIA
