    @masie0119: I had a similar problem before. I rested my shoulders for two weeks because I read that tendons 'recover' slower than muscles. Then to get me ready to use my shoulders, I decreased the weight but went for more reps until failure. I don't have shoulder pains anymore but my shoulders are still my weakest (quicker to feel the burn and longer to recover, i.e., dugay mawala pamaol unlike my other muscle groups).

    @Dansuy: Wala pako 6-pack abs so huwat others to reply kay pareha ta problema. Nigamay hinuon ako hawak kumpara a year ago (one year anniversary nako Metrosports last Jan 25, he he). Kulang ra guro ko hi-intensity cardio maski 15 minutes of stationary plyometrics. Ako mga amigo na hilig mag jogging, nigamay pud sila so if you're not into resistance training, jog/run one hour a day to burn 400-500 calories per day. Then paresan himo healthy eating. Unaha wala mga Chippy-like junk food, soft drinks, alcohol, reduce sweets like kana Krispy Kreme, then avoid or reduce fatty food like adobo, caldereta. Drink lots of water.

    Even if you jog/run, do some sit ups or any abdominal/core exercises to get ripped abs. Jogging/run will burn fat and maybe show your six pack but abs exercises will define those more.

    akong ginahimo is pure jogging..every other day gkan JY square padong saka kay mas choi ang uphill na jog..tapos ig abot sa house will do another round of sit up/pull ups/push ups to balance. di ko daku jud og lawas, pero kaingon ko solid or lean akong muscles. Heheheh

    @cmontoya: Salamat sa imu reply sir! Sauna nag sugod nata baya ko jogging2x pero na undangan pud kay tungod ani panahon ron cgi uwan taligsik. Pero balikun nako ni then try pud nako ni imu ingon na sit ups, and healthy food! Adik raba kayo ko softdrinks mao pud kaha ni nka cause na naay fats ako tiyan.     haha, kasway ko ani katong 240lbs pko. its not advisable mg direct pushups kun bugat jud ang lawas. better diet sa then you can try pushups later na if kaya na sa arms ang weight. cardio nlang sa ka. pila diay imo weight?

    ng GM diet ko for months now, nigamay ko but surely ni loose sad kog muscles hilabi na sa arm. may untag musunod na ug burn ang bilbil ug lowerthighs. feel nko ni sag na ako pamanit, muhugot ra ba ni balik sir? or do i need to build muscles para mu tighten balik?
