@masie0119: I had a similar problem before. I rested my shoulders for two weeks because I read that tendons 'recover' slower than muscles. Then to get me ready to use my shoulders, I decreased the weight but went for more reps until failure. I don't have shoulder pains anymore but my shoulders are still my weakest (quicker to feel the burn and longer to recover, i.e., dugay mawala pamaol unlike my other muscle groups).
