Hi just wanna share my experience on my interviews.,
I havent countered like 80% of those on questions on the list., cause almost all of the questions were really situational and interviewers sometimes throw follow up questions on things you were saying and they try to let you explain on details like 1st, the problem 2nd, how did you resolve it and 3rd, what was the result! and BEWARE cause they will keep throwing probing questions if they dont get the right answer and start to get frustrated, you should be cautious bout that... ., if you have call center experiences then mostly all of the questions would be about your experiences before on your previous company, for those who have no experience on call center then it would be your experience on your previous job, so try to recall all your good and bad experiences on the floor, before you go on interview

if you have no experience at all then i think the questions on the list would help.,
and most IMPORTANTLY, be confident while answering and avoid lying cause interviewers will notice that, but unless your good on fabricating stories that really sound real and promising(but still not advicable! hahaha)...and fillers like "uhm" "uh" cant be avoided but try lessening it, and lastly smile and eye contact to show your sincerity that you really reall really seriously wanna get the job...
HOpe this helps ^_^
