Try taking up short courses, kanang preparatory for call center. para ma improve ang english and you'll be more confident when you speak the language. Also try to read, watch and listen to English language movies, t.v. show.

Try sad other industries, dili ra man call center naa'y opening.

Kung mutan aw gani og movies or t.v. show, try to watch those nga lesser ang action. kay if action movies sad ang tan awon, mostly dli na lagi mabantayan ang proficiency sa English language sa mga actors and actresses kay ang action namay gibantayan hehehe. Try sa mga movies nga daghan ang istorya and try to understand them. And DISSECT (yes dissect gyud ang word ^.^) what the actors/actresses said. And that means, taking note of the sentence fragments, intonation, pronunciation, accent, correct usage of words (apil na ang giunsa paggamit sa adjectives, adverbs, conjuctions, prepositions, the tenses - past,present and future, etc. - katong gipangtudlo sa elementary, high school, and college years nato, utingkaya lang katong mga leksyon or you could also browse it all in the internet)

It could be even better if you imitate them - imitate how they deliver the conversation and more fun, imitate the voices hehehe. Para dili uwaw, mas maau naa kay ka vibes anang mga imitate2x kay it's really fun gyud hehehe.

When you believe your English proficiency has already improved then apply na ang sunod nga step. but of course first and foremost, be ready, as in READY! you could look it up in the internet about what to do with job interviews. You could search what are the common job interview questions. Find the information that has examples on how to answer these interview questions and you're sure to get that Job. and yes, BE CONFIDENT. and dont forget to include prayers! ^.^

i just got hired.. convergys.. i've heard na manaktakay daw sila dinha but it's not true kay so far, sa katong mga nakasabay nako ug apply, mostly kay tanggap man..
