I think that we blame Salvosa too much as her actions (not the way she shouted the security guard) are inevitable at times as we commuters tend to be in hurry just to come up with your appointments on time but it does not mean that I sympathized with her actions as she should have not raised her voice to confront the security guard but she should have kept her tantrum in explaining on why she passed the exit line instead the entrance line. I cannot blame the security guard as she did her duties on maintaining the order of the MRT Santolan station.

The most of the blame should go to a certain Gregory Paulo Llamoso RN as he uploaded the video without knowing that it could damage Salvosa’s future through taking the video then upload it on Facebook and Youtube. That man should have been a conscious and analytical enough that Salvosa’s actions are typical for a commuter who cannot bear the entrance and exit system in a public transport terminal but instead, when the confrontation was ongoing, he took a video and uploaded it that caused the millions of netizens to throw their anger to Salvosa with statements that were derogatory. As a result of the incident, Salvosa was advised by her school, La Consolacion College not to attend classes to avoid further humiliation and as a result, her personality and reputation was tarnished forever without a possibility of redemption for her in the future.

In this situation, I would highly blame the whole situation to Gregory Paulo Llamoso. If you ask why, in many situations people loose their cool. They get irritated, they loose their bearing and at times b!tcheness can go out of control.

This person Gregory Paulo Llamoso, should really think more about his actions. yes the LRT is a public place, and Paula's ranting can be scandalous, and the lady guard acted rude to Paula as well. But was it RIGHT that Gregory posted this video? For me its a big NO!

Though the situation might be considered as dramatic and would give you utimate likes on facebook and youtube. what he did was practically against the lady guard and paula's human rights. The scandal could have been left at LRT, instead his immature act made this into an online madness! Two people are greatly affected by this mishap, and that is the guard and paula. Now, did Gregory Paulo Llamoso really help these people by doing what he did? Or did he just made it worst?

you uploading a video simply because you thought that person was doing wrong doesn't make that uploader a hero for his act. In this scenario, Gregory Paulo Llamoso clearly VIOLATED the privacy of both the guard and the student. I feel bad for the two ladies, but for this jerk who posted the video, well I hope he serves jail time from what he did.

Bro, if you ask any lawyer this falls under invasion of privacy. People do NOT need to be nude, people do NOT need to be in a private place for it for be considered as an invasion of privacy. As I mentioned, that situation could have been contained in the LRT area, and now it's for the entire world to see.

Besides, did the uploader even ask permission to post such "sensitive" and "intense" situation? He did it out of the thought, that the berating girl should be taught a lesson. That's just a poor judgement on Gregory Paulo Llamoso.
Your argument if brought to court will definitely raise the brows of both the judge and legal counsel.

She did not fight back and she just kept cool and said her sorry. She didn't even utter foul words against the bully passenger. If you read the video description and bold lines are the key notes , it seems the uploader is trying to make the Amalayer-girl look bad and published it for the world to see . Not only that , he didn't have a legitimate information as to what really happened but he relied on hearsay and added his opinion in a factual manner . Also , he compared this situation to Carabuena and Encinas incident .

I dont know the side of the story... I don't care how this incident started... I'm going to publish this video !

Ever walked past an electronics store and saw yourself on a TV display? That too could be construed as invasion of privacy.... if we want to go down that path and it's a big "if" we'd better all get ready for the consequences. For me she was fair game; making a scene in a public place had consequences which she discovered to her shame. Everybody was cheering when the road rage fatty got his comeuppance. Maybe because Amaleya is a girl things are different or maybe it's because security guards are considered an annoyance by some folks. Anyway, if this thing goes to litigation we will all be losers as the net becomes a feeding ground for lawyers and their often dubious clients .

This is such a ridiculous statement, what "no violation of privacy" are you talking about?

1. Regardless where you are, if someone took a picture/video of you, without your permission, that is by itself, a violation of privacy and of personal space.

3. This kind of arrogance happens all the time as a matter of fact, we all can be as arrogant as that woman in the video. But uploading that video only promotes shame on the yelling woman, it is not helping anyone. It's not even consoling the lady guard, who is the victim to begin with.
