OT: Though this is already OT but I have to answer your own OTs and this will be my last reply.

Yes I've only known one and that is Pakistan, and why did you include Iran? Is it already proven that they possessed the NUCLEAR ARSENALS? Remember, you are talking about NUCLEAR ARSENALS! And IRAN Nuclear Technology is already proven by even the 16 American Intelligence Agencies and the IAEA that it is for Civilian purposes only. So don’t spread misinformation here, keep it to yourself!

America did not unhesitatingly (as you put it) unleash atomic weapons on Japan. That course of action was deliberated for a long time and was most definitely not a decision taken lightly.
Whatever your reasons are, still it is BARBARIC and GENOCIDAL and can you call it a job well done by your so-called CIVILIZED countries?

Pakistan is not at the mercy of America either. In fact I'm puzzled as to why you would think that when it seems very apparent that Pakistan is shamelessly exploiting their geographical significance and playing both sides in the war on terror so as to keep milking that cash cow otherwise known as foreign aid.
YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THIS, THEY WERE ONLY being MANIPULATED AND EXPLOITED by your SO-CALLED CIVILIZED Countries. You see, that is straight from your thoughts, they've just only play the games.

"Civilized"..... The stoning of women, child brides, religious intolerance, suppression of basic human rights... these things are not in my view civilized therefore countries which promote such ideals are not civilized.
OH YEAH! THERE YOU ARE, these clearly show your HATRED and IGNORANCE!

Firstly... the all caps thing is just plain rude.

The IAEA have absolutely not given Iran a clean bill of health. In fact they've gone on the record to say that the think Iran was stalling them to gain time to move incriminating evidence. No civilian project needs to so clandestine. They want nuclear weapons and they don't mind lying to the infidels about their intentions.

Barbaric and genocidal?... What about the Rape of Nanking, The Bataan Death March, Unit 731. Perhaps you would have accepted those things rather than do what it takes to defeat the enemy?

Pakistan manipulated and exploited? You forgot already about 911 and the Taliban sheltering across the border in Pakistan not to mention Bin-Laden actually residing there!

Hatred and ignorance? Yes, I hate misogynists.... next?

To be able to advance research and development as well as STEM one has to invest a chunk of money like the US, Japan, and other well develop countries though at first it may seem pricey but the rewards are far more larger than the investment. Its a sad reality here in the Philippines that scientists choose to go to Amsterdam, Netherlands etc. to study masters, Phd and seek opportunity to apply their learnings I can't blame them though, but I'm glad that some of them contributed to the Balik Scientist program of the government..

But the problem with the case of North korea is that they now have a dilemma on how to compensate with the food aid that was taken away from them.
