i got offended when you mentioned about some of our filo doctors are now working as nurses in states as if its that ironic.i have many GP friends in philippines that are nurses here and I dont think they are even feeling bad about it. I dont even think they are embarassed about it. I wasnt putting anything in your mouth sir, I was just stressing my point why i am proud to be a filo. Its not because of other people's achievements its because I KNOW FILOS CAN GET FAR AHEAD IN LIFE IF THEY ONLY REALLY WANT TO.NO DOUBT!

I AM PROUD OF MY FRIENDS THAT DESPITE BEINGS DOCTORS AND SURGEONS IN PHILIPPINES, they work here as nurses and despite the change of career they are still happy and living a good life. IM PROUD BECAUSE OF THAT. they are not ashamed of what they are here or what have they become.

OT:that actually depends how a person take it sir personally sir. My friends didnt think that they've been stripped off they're pride because of their change of career. maybe some people will think that way but my friends probably are just practical and adaptable. despite the change of their careers theyre still proud of being a filo. i honestly dont see any reasons why not to.
