korek...punishments will be less implemented if we people learn how to cooperate kaysa mag pabuyag..

Seems like we are used to the "lenient" system in our country... We really need to practice discipline.

Basta ang tao dali ra mahaylog ug dali nga "kwarta", mao jud niy dangatan. Ang Pinoy man gud gusto dali madato. Mao ng bisan illegal ang paagi, mu enter jud. Wala nay pili ang China kung Ma British ka, Japanese, basta naa ka sa ilang nasod mag binuang, good bye jud ka. Law is law.

the government are doing the best for this case, pero wala jud madala coz the convicts are punished under the chinese law... luoy ta pero wala ta mahims sa ila balaod..

pero on our side, lax ra kaayu ang atong balaod ngari... kung gi-implement pa ning balaod parehas sa china, respetohan jud ta sa ubang nasud... sometimes, gamiton baya ning issue as "catholic country" daw ta para lang wala ta death penalty... kung implementation lang parte sa death penalty, i blame the catholic bishops pod coz sila jud na mag-babag sa death penalty, mao nang nawala atong death penalty ngari... there are catholic countries in europe that has death penalty, so why not in our country?? mao nang kataw-anan ta sa ubang nasud kay wala klaro atong implementation sa law ngari...

we have to follow the example of chinese law in mainland china or sa singapore kaha kay the more people in our society will follow rules...

China executed a British guy last year. Apparently he was mentally ill and quite likely fooled into carrying drugs. Despite the Prime Minister getting involved he was still put to death.
