Share lang ko ha.! me either, im also thin,pero i make sure na average ra akong weight pirmi. but during summer vacation i always gain weight....as what i have learned in my nutrition class...
1. It maybe got from the genes.kaliwat ug daot, same with me, 10 mi ka siblings, im the youngest..!all of my brothers and sisters are very thin when they are still studying from high school-college, but eventually gain weight when they got job..maybe because when your already get paid, you can eat what you want because you have your own money that you can say your own, murag kapatuyang kag palit ug food for yourself bah..not like student paka, try to save for your own expense or laag2x purposes!!hehe
2. It maybe stress, if your always stressful,either dili ka nahan kaayo mo eat...or mo eat kag taman but daghan pod kaayo kag activities, coz remember the food you eat will be converted as your source of energy..!
3. Proper diet..basin pod you just eat pare-pareha lang na sud-an..you should always have a balanced diet..bisag carbo, proteins ug vegetebles or fruits...example..eat ka rice, then protein source..pwedi porkchop or med. size fish..apili lang [pod ug saging..para complete..heheh, then a lot of water!!!
4.Slow metabolism..dako bakag kaon? kay me, slow metabolism...i don't eat too much, kay murag bloated akong feeling if mokaon kog taman, sakto ra akong kan-on..kay mura kog mosuka!! nya if slow metabolism, of course dugay ma digest ang food inside the stomach, normally mga 4 hours rah man dapat...gutomon naka balik!! dependi pod sa nakaon..
5. Sleep pattern pod..we need atleat 6-8 hours of sleep, kuwang ug sobra nga sleep is makakapoy and makalaay!!
okey raman ang sweets basta dili ka diabetic..ug dili frequent,heheh.. kay useful gyud ang sweets if you have lots of activities kay dali ra sha maconvert to energy!!

di pod ko nahan mo tambok ug maayo sir kay kapoy gid bitaw..nya dali naka kapoyon, kaw pod!!heheh, nya stressful pa kaayo koh, unya na ko patambok after licensure exam..heheheh
Whatever you do para matambok, never ever take steroids. Naay ubang mga tawo mga steroids kay para pa tambok daw, pero instead of tambok, igo ra manghupong. I know someone who did this, hapit gyud siya namatay.
