All Churches should be AUDITED like any non profit organization.

In the case of the Catholic Chuch, there needs to be transparency as to how much is being collected, spent locally, saved and remitted to the Vatican. The data has to be posted online for everyone to see so that in transparency, there would be less corruption and money donated would be allocated properly.

If the Church argues that it is spending the money properly, then it will not hurt them that people find out how as there are too many cases of donations / contributions being used to fund Priests' families, settle child abuse cases and make extravagant transactions.

This is probably the Church's worst nightmare.. and I will praise the first lawmaker to propose this bill.

We all know the Church's stand against jueteng is because this form of gambling at the masa level takes away collection money from the church. Why does the church not protest against gambling for the rich in Casinos but is so vehement about stopping gambling at the barangay level....

The SHort and simple answer is.... ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY Baby...

i never did comment that "only by doing good work saves you". I was just merely commenting on someone's comment na "Pagbinuotan sa kalibutan".. you took it so seriously as if you were asking to uneducated people, questioning their stand. However I couldn't disagree with you on this... well said.
