Divorce, Legal Separation, Annulment: What is your stand?

Im against it, of course. Marriage is supposed to be forever. Commitment yan for better or for worst.

But ironically, i just filed for annulment this month. That's why im here in Manila.

No matter how much you wanted to fight to save your marriage kung give up na siya, wa koy mahimo. Im just one person and it takes two to make it work. Better cut my losses early on and move forward.

Basta ako, im proud of myself kay up to the last, im against it. Im very vocal in saying that im very much against it. I tried my best gyud. So i can say to God if mag-atubang mi na, "Unsa may mabuhat nako kung di na gyud niya gusto?"

much better to have this stand kaysa mag ipon mo then wala nay harmony sa relationship.. pero mahal2x lang ang gastohon if divorse and annul. i dont know sa legal separation

what's the use of staying in a relationship when it's become toxic already? you might end up killing each other.

ang ako lang ma sulte ane enjoy life lang gud. ayaw lang goul2x nganha.maayo unta na ay divorce pero na a lay saktong grounds unta para dili ma abuso.laen man gud kaayo na ang ma priso ra ang usa ka taw tungod na sayop sya pag minyo.asa naman ang chance og freedom nga ge ingon ana.

people are so scared of being called a single parents that's why they stick to the stupid marriage. BUT they are not afraid to be battered or abused.

it's wiser to separate rather than put ur kids to misery... it's not fair to put them in a situation which is not healthy for them as they grow up...

"m staying for the sake of the kids" --- that's a load of crap, sorry... this is the old-age cliche which isn't applicable anymore at this day and age... the kids are smarter now more than you think so never underestimate their level of awareness...

korek gyud si maam bey..kids can understand loss of harmony.. what is so hard to understand about that..

anybody knows a good lawyer for legal separation cases?
