@esprugodoys sa rnd ka? or sa calls?
di ba mag 6 digits man ang managerial diha?
1. Please read my post carefully. I believe I already answered your question bro especially in reason 2 of my previous one. You may want to taste an ice cream because somebody told you that it tastes good. Now, how can you say " I'm satisfied with the ice cream and it tastes good" when you haven't tasted it yet? Doesn't make any sense too...
2. I would rather use the word "sacrifice" than "suffer". Sacrifice is something used by a person who does not think about himself but for others like family. Even Jesus sacrificed and took the job he never wanted for the sake of his people because of that single word sacrifice. Also talking about dogs, a mother dog obviously makes a lot of sacrifice for her puppies' sake. I believe your suggestion in # 2 may apply to singles, not me. Comfort zone? I've heard that in the story "Juan Tamad".
3. It's simple logic bro. While it is true that you do have a job good for 9.6 hrs and it is up to you as to how you manage the job, doing tasks good for 2 people would be 9.6 hrs X 2, right? Let's assume that the data already reflected in capacity planning. Now, how can you manage to compress all the tasks given to you that is good for two people in just 9.6hrs? The more that it makes no sense...
4. It is also true that sometimes a working environment contributes to an employee's performance. Now, how about soldiers in Mindanao, are they happy with their job now? Where they not able to perform their tasks according to what was given to them? They performed well because there is something that inspires them that cannot even be found in any working environment.. and that's their family. If that is the kind of attitude you want me to choose then you're talking to the wrong person.
When I was in a callcenter, I was never happy with it. And besides, who wants to work graveyard? But my records and awards show otherwise.
Regardless of whether I am happy or not with my job, I do all things professionally without any compromise to my performance in office and I've already proved that to myself over the past years of employment. Hence, are you a good soldier?
HATE MY JOB = FIND ANOTHER JOB THAT YOU WILL LOVE ^_^ --- did I say I will stay long?
Please read my posts carefully. Thanks.

well this explains everything.. if this is indeed what motivates you then lets not spread something that would give the company a negative impression for the aspiring applicants. we both are paid to work and the company has given what they think their employees need and that is money for us to feed our families.
PS: if you want your concerns to be addressed then having it escalated to a higher personnel would be the best option should the first attempt fail. it's more professional to have it in that manner than vent it out in public which would not make any change to your career health at all. nonetheless, you want me to have a manager read your post which i can definitely do without hesitation..

Someone PMed me but I'll just keep his name confidential
This is the message,
Hi princess_21,
Kaso kapoi nako sige balhin. I am hoping this is my last job before I go abroad.... tsk tsk,,
Forward Message
For the person who PMed me, I did copy paste your message to add more gravity to what I've said. I encourage those who have the same side as mine to be brave enough and show up by erring your opinion here in istorya, not just give me a private message. That if you are brave enough.
@ esprugodoys - You may want to reconsider your last post in violation to istorya post rules # 2

Storya lang ta bro, mao bitaw naa ta sa istorya.net. Pikon ra kaayo ka.
Thanks.
lol.. never have been triggered at all with any post from any section sis since i started here. i am just helping you out and giving you options as to how your concerns will be addressed. istorya.net has never been in any manner affiliated or connected with the company mentioned so definitely there is no way for them to help you out with it regardless of how many people you will be able to encourage with such act, if you will not channel it to the right people then you will still continue to experience such dilemma which you call as "sacrifice".
the post was never been in a way disrespecting or worse personally attacking you. reading and understanding the post carefully might help..

You may be right that your previous callcenter jobs have paid you more, but then again, if you plan to go abroad, I assume the HR dude abroad will go like "wtf is <enter your bpo name here>? Well at least I know what Lexmark is". The benefits do compensate for the salary discrepancy but just like anyone else I also think a little more money wouldn't hurt, I give you that.
I am also very thankful not to be a part of you TSC guys. I can see how that can alter the picture you have of our company, but we at Marketing are having a blast, I strongly assume that nobody on my floor would ever leave the company for another one in Cebu, at least not for the current companies in Cebu, you never know who else will open a "little office" here.
My opinion is that being a tsc in Lexmark might not be better than being in a BPO company, but being anything else, say Marketing, Accounting, forecasters, MPS support ,RnD and what not, beats any call center no matter if they make more.
Just wondering, do you tsc Guys work on Sat/Sun and on Christmas and New Year? That would suck, bigtime
guyz, is it true na under agency napud elang mga call center ron??
wwoooooowwwww ka hot sa topic oiy. Guys just remember this, for all the good and bad has Lexmark given us let's just be thankful for what we have alright! Feel at least you're lucky enough that Lexmark hired you (utang kabubut-on lang gud). If you want to discuss something bad about the company, please don't do it here alright! Peace yah all!
