i think the general rule about wines is if it's red meats then drink red wine and if it's white meat and fish, white wine.

ako sad interested about wines....naa lang koy i-share sad....naa man gud koy colleague nga french sa una...nya gi lecture ko niya about Champagne.....what we normally call as champagne is not champagne jud daw...sparkling wine lang na....kay ang champagne gikan jud sa Champagne (northern region of France)....stricto kaayo to siya oi....gi explain nan jud ko nga 3 varieties of grapes ra jud daw ang i-grow didto etc etc....
also diba white wine is served a little chilled man so maon nang "tall" wine glass gamiton kay aron sa stem gunitan.....ang red wine kay served at room temperature man...maong mubo nga tambok nga wine glass aron i-cup sa hand ang pag hold aron ma warm ang wine.....
nalimot na ko atong uban oi...apil pa to sa iyang yaw2 ang aperitif....etc
hey guys. medyo OT ni coz it's not bout wines but, I really love french onion soup! but pagkamahala sa ingredients! would it be possible to substitute the imported cheeses with local ones? if so, unsa nga cheese kaya mubagay? thanks
