a good friend and member here in istorya recommended betchie villamor. my hair died a couple of months back due to a botched hair color job and last month patupi ko. sus very very very good advice iya give. he/she is not that mahal too. 70p lang for a cut.

his/her parlor is in front of that pink building along private road (near that street going to south western gani?)

my hair is wavy too and ako noh...i totally DO NOT want it to be rebonded but you can ask betchie what he/she thinks about your hair.

my hair is back from the dead and the curls are nicer than ever.

I highly recommend Loi Salon. It's right in the middle of the Banilad Foodland area near RCBC and Julies (in front gyud sa new Banilad Flyover). mura ra cyag neighborhood parlor, pero high-end gyud ilang service. For hair rebond they use Schwarzkopf products (they are a preferred client sa Schwarzkopf suppliers in Cebu City).
