amen to that! some superiors/managers here jud daw are incompetent and unprofessional...
their exams can be difficult pero naa man gihapon makasulod sa company bisan wa kapasar sa ilang mga "lisud" nga exams. naa man daw ghapon nakasud sa company bisan hagbung sa ilang mga exams kay depende ra man sa ila mga supervisors/managers if dawaton nila.
angay jud ni irevamp ilang sistema diri, all the way from their HR hangtod sa ilang mga managers kay murag daghan kaayo mga empleyado nga na-agrabyado or na-alkanse sa ilang trabaho diri...
OT: does anyone know of another publishing company here in cebu nga pareha sad ug service sa xlibris? kay para adto na nato pa-applyon atong mga kaila nga nagtrabaho sa xlibris... hehehe!
my first job before was at xlibris, mej gamay pa to sila na company i dont know how big the company is right now. before murag mga 12 tele ops ra mi, gamay pa to starting, 9K plus 2K allowance... boring kaau coz nihit ra kaau manawag... i was in training then, pag time sa pay, in cash sya and kuwangan pa jud to ug P14 ako sweldo... when i got accepted sa bigfoot, ning balhin ko dayun coz i preferred bigfoot that time. until now ako P14 wala gyapon naabot pero ok ra... im currently working sa Executive Boutique with better salary and mas dili boring ahihihi this type of job is for those nga di gusto ma stressed out sa call queues/quotas....
canoncreek daw. hiring sad sila copy editor/writer. wla lng ko idea abt ana.
I am working now in xlibris. i deal directly with upper management like the assistant ops director. all I can say is that maybe I'm just lucky to have not worked in a call center before, considering that I am not an agent.
But pay is really good I guess. My batchmate is from PS and she said that here pay in xlib is way equivalent to her pay in PS ++ so much overtime.
My advise is, to try the company and find out for yourself and not just simply listen to what others say.
Besides the company is still very young and can still improve!
hahahaha
