    i read its also best to exercise before eating when u r trying to lose weight kay ang i burn sa lawas ang stored fat, unlike ug nag work out ka after eating, likely nga ang imong gikaon ang i burn sa imong work out, not your stored fat. hope this helps

    While this may be true, that is not the entire process. They will just be REPLACED post workout assuming you're not in a calorie deficit. As i have mentioned countless of times, you burn/lose fat by a calorie deficit, not by simply working out in a fasted state.
