oh well. nothing changed as i still have a good appetite pero per experience and being a result-oriented person, ni-add ko ug discipline and consistency . nakakita raman ug abs. hahaha
yoga for toning, walking (cardio), core exercise (for handstand practice), and ako diet is balamced : go grow and glow foods ,more on protein after work out.
hilig ko ug wine for 2 years na ug french fries sa mcdonalds.
