    guilty pud ko aning happy eater. and favorite jud nako ang tambok sa baboy. dili ko lud -on. kadtung ga work kos call center, 3-4 types akong sud-an ug 2 serve ako rice. gi gutom gani kog hunahuna sa pagkaun ai. hahahahahha. lisud gyud bitaw siya. tawgun gani ko sa akong coach ug patay-gutom.

    oh well. nothing changed as i still have a good appetite pero per experience and being a result-oriented person, ni-add ko ug discipline and consistency . nakakita raman ug abs. hahaha

    yoga for toning, walking (cardio), core exercise (for handstand practice), and ako diet is balamced : go grow and glow foods ,more on protein after work out.

    hilig ko ug wine for 2 years na ug french fries sa mcdonalds.

    Dont go into weight loss exercise/diet unless you intend to make your lifestyle. Daghan kaayo una ra maayo. Hehehe

    hello everyone, i used to do yoga and muay thai and it was all stopped when i had an operation. now, from 65 i gained 9 kilos, yes 74 nako ron.. ga diet ko but to no avail, i do those walk videos sa youtube but i dont think its enough, if you have an effective weight loss program, please share. thank you in advance.

    Were you advised by ypur doctor against yoga and muay thai after operation?

    can you tell us what is your daily diet consists? start from breakfast,lunch and dinner.include snacks.

    If mag-diet Maam, dapat mas taas og focus on what we are eating.
    Diet should be 80% nutrition (ang atong gikaon) - 20% effort (exercise chu-chu)
    ... mao ni sa akong gi-follow-follow nga herbalife weight loss program.

    Ang biggest challenge is "maintaining the meal plan" for your diet program - kung unsa'y dapat kaunon.
    Maka-cheat jud ta once in a while.
    But when you are used to what you are doing, mobalik jud ka sa program.

    tried going back to yoga a few months after the ops, nisakit og maayo ang pelvic region nako so i didn't do yoga again. I can't lift heavy things kay mosakit pa siya.

    i work nightly, so breakfast for me is around 10-11pm - mostly sandwiches akong ginakaon, crackers and coffee. pag naa ko sa balay oatmeal and crackers. i rarely eat 'coz i dont cook and too lazy to go out lol

    Am doing the intermittent fasting for a week now, grabe ang temptations. Daghan food sa atubangan, but stick sa ko ug loyal sa 16 hours no eat and 8 hours eating time. Also I combined pud with a 5-minute planks in the morning ug 5-minute planks sa evening one hours before matulog. Kani unsa akong gibuhat kay medyo kalbaryo pa ang budget, nahan unt ako recommendation ni Sir jackdi nga herbalife, out of budget pa.....hopefully this 2nd week works.....last week ga timbang 55.1 kilos ko, yesterday, 54.7 kilos pa hu hu hu. Target is 48 kilos....
