    tried this after giving birth. finish the program para maka kita jud ka sa results, but this is for those nga medyo kursonada jud. intense jud sya nga work out but u can do it at home

    On day 12 now. Was doing HIIT for several weeks before this and I thought I was in pretty good shape na. But after the first day of Insanity, mura kog kamatyonon grabe jud. But now, okay2x na. Not as intense anymore but still very challenging. Can't wait for the results

    i started today. nahuman nako ang fit test. day 1 nako tomorrow. nindot unta lets make this thread as a motivation to everyone who wants to be fit and in good shape. let's BRING IT!1

    Okay raman pud ni, mada rag smile. Nindot ni sa katong mga tao nga ang main goal is to lose weight/mass in a short period of time. And very very very convenient and time saving.

    Padayun lang jud ta ani atoang fit and healthy lifestyle, consistency is very important dili kay ningas cogon tirada kay bati na. Always jud ko maka smile kung maka kita ko ug mga tao nga mag exercise, maka inspire ug samot.

    naa na ko sa 2nd week tomorrow pa ko mo track sa progress will post it here.. medjo putol2x man ang training and the diet is kinda "dirty" pa pero ni likay ko ug fried and sugar.

    just had my 4th day which is cardio recovery.. everyday pamaol but it's really worth it.. "Pain is Temporary!"
