Why anime should be BANNED

Really depends on the individual. People who are susceptible to influences from Anime violence (movies, tv shows, video games etc.) lack proper guidance... or plain common sense. Ban or not, there will always be people like that.

1. Because it spreads immorality disguised as "culture trends", "art", and "fads"
2. Because it promotes atheism and makes no acknowledgement of God
3. Because the stories promote violence and immorality a lot, proving to be a threat to Filipino culture and values that are based on Christianity
4. Because they make children violent, impulsive and go homosexual
5. Because they stop people from going to church, reading the Bible and worst of all, it stops them from praying to God

Anime should be banned. This way, Filipino life and culture will be preserved, and Cebu's way of life will benefit from the moral cleansing.

If you want to Ban Anime to Preserve Filipino Culture...

you should also ask to Ban Foreign Movies and Closed the Philippines from other countries... and specially ban the Media...

sorry but Filipino Culture has long been fading...

Muslims Buddhist and other have their own God... if you are so easily influence by other culture or god... then i suggest you rethink your ideals...

we are so proud of being the largest Christian Country in Asia but we are failing to spread Christianity in our region...

i think you just have an insecurity regarding Animes... or are you only reading hentai animes? xP

btw... Animes, Dramas, Sci-Fi, Adventure etc are all in the same boat...

first off, lingaw itan-aw ug anime labi na ug mga romance/comedy types. helps me unwind and relax after school. pampawala sa pressure sa school. as for the kids na hooked on anime, doesn't it help keep them from being out on the streets doing who knows what? then there are some lessons you can get from watching anime pud. mostly to help encourage people to their best and never give up, those kind of stuff. and anime is a form of art, just like cartoons, movies, photography, etc.

it's my personal opinion, though.
