I lost 6kilos in a week....I am doing a dietary plan package suggested by my landlady in Bangkok...I am in Bangkok right now...but before I already lost weight from 80-57kilos in 6 months....detox diet and thai food...but now I am very busy and can't do detox na because of my heart condition...good thing a new herbal supplement was introduced here, same sa Herbal Diet Pills ni Dr. Belo but i would say mas effective and cheap siya compare sa pinas...
I am done with my first week from 64 kilos to 58 kilos nako ron...I want to go down to my ideal weight which is 55kilos...
I take the supplements before breakfast, then eat crackers and hot choco...tapos do my regular chores ra...I only feel excessive release of sweat....grabeh!!!!
then lunch is sandwich or apple ra...but I cannot finish because busog pako...it does not make me crave for food....I drink cranberry juice and orange juice but not everyday so far no hyper...then in the evening...crackers...mostly I drink water ra jud...more than 8 glasses...
then I have my cheat days once a week ingon ang doctor...
after that the supplements comes with a tea that I will drink in the evening..para inig morning fresh og mawala ang toxins....mostly mao ra jud na sya...
I do my daily chores and eat my daily food....So far my skin is not dry....moisturize and fresh....I also took a random urine and drug test lately while taking the pills because of my work...and no negative effects on my body...one thing I have realized....no more palpitation sa akong heart....

will continue using it until I get to my 55kilo weight...

what i do is, exercise, do household chores, and play sports. also supplements help a lot..
from 150, postpartum, to 130 lbs now.. wala, breastfeeding ra.. karon i'm trying to lose even more by being strict on my diet.. kalisod!! =(
boxing! hitting the punching bag...everyday for 30 mins lang gd! then eat moderately..pero ayaw gyd pagutom..kng gutomon, kaon gyd! lost 25 lbs within 2 months..em not done yet..my target weight is 180 to 170 lbs...long way to go but i can do this!
