Bro mike, explain ko gamay.
Accenturites, correct me if i am wrong...
If you applied for Associate Software Engineer, you wont be in the call center.
ASE's are under the solutions workforce, while 'call center' is under BPO.
Accenture in the Philippines has 4 workforces: Solutions, Enterprise, Services, and BPO.
Samples...
Solutions - deals with system integration, application outsourcing, etc. Naay development and testing works. SAP, PeopleSoft, Java, and many more...
Enterprise - HRs (Reps, Recruitment, Benefits, etc),
Facilities and Services...
Services -
Programme COntrol Services (PCS), DCN-ISU (kasagaran tawagon sa most companies as 'IT')
BPO - voice and non-voice...
Ambot ug nganong kasagarang tan-aw sa mga taw ang Accenture call center

Accenture is more than just a call center. In fact, the 'call center' industry sa accenture kay medyo gamay ra gyud cya i-compare sa solutions.
Hope that helps and assures you nga kung mu-apply ka ug unsa nga field, mao pud na imo area. Of course, if hing-apply ka ASE (solutions), then ang imo qualifications kay CISCO certified, maau kaau sa networking, nakalead na ug team of at least 20 people nga incharge sa Networking and same stuffs, then timing nga nagkinahanglan ug manager sa DCN-ISU (services), naay chance nga i-offer sa imo ang position kay magthink ang recruitment nga mo-fit sa imohang experience ang open role - and not to mention the business needs of the company. But still same, if ganahan gyud ka mag-ASE, you can always say no to the offer sa managerial post
