Another experience with Photo Reading during Recruitment.

Call me crazy if you think so. LOL.

For the first time, my business partner asked me to recruit a programmer. I told him that I need applicants with resume and recent photo. He knew that I do Photo Reading.

So I opened my inbox, downloaded his resume and viewed his photo. While looking at his picture I saw a big bright light at the left side of his head. First time to see a bright light on a picture. I informed my partner that this guy is workaholic, aggressive, smart and I see nothing wrong in his personality. So I asked my biz partner to provide him a test code. He passed with high colors during his test. Acting as an HR kunohoy in our start-up business I interviewed the applicant over the phone. BTW, he's from Leyte. So yon, we hired him last May 1, 2009 and I was so right about him when he started working with us. Very aggressive, work attitude is good, etc. Maski Saturday and Sunday nga day-off niya na-a ghapon sa office working on our projects. Honestly, I remind him that Saturday and Sunday is his day-off.

There are times that I doubt with my own readings. So I asked my private psychic consultant to give readings of our applicant. surprisingly, we have the same readings. Only that he is more detailed than my own readings. In my case, I value more on attitude + skills. Skills can be learned BUT attitude? LOL. You cannot bend an old tree.

Now, I was asked again by my biz partner to hire another programmer. I got one applicant who was recommended by our first programmer. Of course, I did the same thing. Read his photo and review his skills. But there is something that is negative about the other applicant. It's more on attitude. I asked some questions about him from our first programmer and everything were correct. So I asked our first programmer to recommend another applicant.

So now, I'm waiting for another applicant (programmer)

Received two applicants for the position "Programmer". The second applicant has a good aura than the previous one. Interview will be tomorrow at 730PM, and exam (programming) will follow.

During recruitment, I usually ask a person to submit a resume and recent photo. I use "Photo Reading" when evaluating their attitude.

Below is a chat transcript with my newly hired programmer who is his batchmate.
