no such thing as a nice callcenter, or even a nice company in general. depende ra na nimu. we can give you comments, etc.. but still, none of us can even distinguished which is nice, we just base on experienced or even hearsays. you are the only one who can answer your own question.

If you really want to work for a CC, I'd suggest you go for the big companies. kabalo naman tingali ka kung kinsa ni sila. reason being para walay mahayay specially regarding sa comp. and benefits. On time, klaro ang pag compute, naay mga bonus like PA's, perfect attendance... and the like.
