Actually the Vatican's facilities can't be sold. Where would the Church go of these were disposed? These are effectively insolvent. The entire Vatican, by the way, has an official, symbolic value of only 1 euro.

The small piece of land that I bought in Talambam costed me somewhere around PhP200K. Mind you, that is a piece of land that is yet to be developed: no goad road, no electricity and no water. It can't be both? And how do you define "business"? Does your idea of business include ANY activity that raises funds aside from pure donations?
