sorry but I think you should sharpen up your reading comprehension...no offense...why do you keep referring to "Gaisano tindiras" when talking about people who can afford condos

you said, only illegal businesses and corrupt politicians can afford condos, and the rest of the legit people in Mindanao cannot afford to live in one...that is a stupid and irresponsible thing to say.



pano naging unfair ang employer just because he can't afford a condo doesn't mean unfair ang employer....that's an over simplification of the situation, and it's very judgemental. sabi ng Diyos, judge and you shall also be judge.

can I afford a condo? probably...there are terms and payment schemes that will make it possible (loan, pag-ibig). but why should I get one? meron na kaming bahay, and gusto ko meron lawn.

I first use the Gaisano tindira on my postings because I have a good idea on how much is their monthly pay. Tindira in both LKK and Gaisano are probably on the same pay range.

I did NOT say Lim is a criminal. I said LKK is a legit business and I have no issues with that. Read my postings if you missed that. If the pay rate of LKK Tindira is as low as Gaisano Tindira then I consider LKK is in the unfair employer category.

You still didn't get my example...I used to teach at XU, MPSC & STI before. And I know students that are really smart and can follow really well. No disrespect but you are not in that category based on your postings here sorry

Good on you that you maybe can afford a condo. That's excellent. But how many % of the population can afford? The friend in my example is a fact. Even if there is a 30 or 35 year loan (and you have to pay inerest on that) still it's not for the majority of the population. Because the pay/salary is too low. The "Gap" between rich and poor is widening.

I drink tap water..............because I'm poor...........................with reverse osmosis filtration system

Only foreigners, kurakot politicians, maybe OFW, balikbayans, smugglers, illegal business owners and unfair employers can afford condos. The rest of the Pinoys cannot. THAT's the REALITY.

clear as day yung bolded part...i know sabi mo "small legit businesses"...still, that doesn't included the top executive officials of the country, mga people in the entertainment industry, people in the medical profession (doctors, dentists, nurses), people in the ICT industry, and those who are heirs to some fortune...isama na din natin mga nanalo sa lotto.

but your example shows how clueless you are...it's common sense na ang mga tindera sa LKK or sa G-mall man eh hindi makakaafford ng condo...doesn't require half a brain to know that, that's why hindi ko alam bakit mo ini-equate ang condo affordability sa sweldo ng mga tindera...obviously, hindi tindera sa Gaisano ang target market ng mga condos, kundi the people with higher income...how hard is that to understand? ano maghahanap ka na naman ng palusot? yung tindera ng ororama na naman siguro...
kaya brainless ang pagcocompare mo ng sweldo ng mga tindera sa prices ng condo units...i think you should learn from your students who are smart and follow very well, for your own personal dev't.

Instead we should be proud and give impressions to Cebuanos that Mindanaons are peace loving people.

Medyo personalan na tira nyo mga brosss, hinay hinay lang mga people... Whether its CDO or Davao, those 2 cities are located in Mindanao, so dapat di mag away away. I truly AGREE (nakabold)... woo hoo!

BUT not all schools in CDO are with high standards kasi even outside CDO meron namang ganung school, yung bang theyre after of money than practicing quality education. BUT for me, i could say okey naman school namin kasi i could compete here in Cebu naman.
