@reypel.. bro, much better ,magbuhat ka construction logbook,, basin pangitaon nya na kung magkuha naka occupancy permit. and its also a good practice to keep record of all the construction activities from day 1 to date of completion.

naa man kaha na structural plan bro kay na approved gud ka sa obo. unsa diay naka design sa plan?

wala raba ko idea ana bro bahin sa electrical post.. dili mana sa VECO diha sa?

bitaw,,unsa dy nakabutang sa structural design bro, pila ka rebars tanan? square na column? basta ang standard sa column bai kay 16mm jud na..

ang sa design ky 16mm rebars ang column and footing bars.

structurally safe ba if mixed with 12mm. like ang 16mm sa corners and in between them ky 12mm, 8 rebars tnan.

column size is 25cm
