Evolution can be observed by the naked eye..one example is the evolution of the human fetus..from a fertilized egg to a full infant ready to be born after developing itself in its mother's womb. If you don't consider that evolution then i don't know what is.
Evolution doesn't happen or unfold right in front of our eyes it is incremental
