associate courses bai kay COLLEGE dihapon na! vocational/short courses are offered by training centers and not colleges, FYI lang.
yes, lisud naka sud sa call center karon pero just to let you know, connected pa man ko ug call center karon and still working. ni apply lang ko because i wanted to try a dayjob.
in my 8 years sa call center, i've been to 4 centers ika 5 na ang current nako karon and i've been a source manager, performance analyst, subject matter expert ug assistant team leader.
besides, college education has nothing to do with the job man sad ba.
