    kamao ka mo basa ug mo sabot do? what do you mean klaro ang requirements? kasabot ka para unsa ang "or"? "Must have finished at least two (2) years in college OR possess a vocational/short course certificate." at least 2 years OR vocational course.

    dili man AND ang gi gamit, therefore, pwede nga naa koy 2 years sa college o if not pwede na kung naa koy vocational/short course.

    associate courses bai kay COLLEGE dihapon na! vocational/short courses are offered by training centers and not colleges, FYI lang.

    yes, lisud naka sud sa call center karon pero just to let you know, connected pa man ko ug call center karon and still working. ni apply lang ko because i wanted to try a dayjob.

    in my 8 years sa call center, i've been to 4 centers ika 5 na ang current nako karon and i've been a source manager, performance analyst, subject matter expert ug assistant team leader.

    besides, college education has nothing to do with the job man sad ba.

    Gi interview ko bro. Didto man ko sa J center mall office nila, ni take ko sa exam tapos interview several minutes later.

    nah kabau nako...naay sumthing sa interview, kay if its about the academic requirements, di nka pa kwaon sa exam or ipa proceed sa interview...mao na usually ang situation basta tenured, i also failed once sa Etel pa before, but nka pasar ko sa 2nd attempt, i noticed na mas dako ang chance mka pass ang wlay callcenter experience, for any reason that i do not know...recruitment ra jud mka tubag ana...

    sakto jud ka bossing.. akong friend, naa xa sa recruitment sa usa ka BPO dri sa cebu, ingon xa, mas dako ug chance nga ilang dawaton ang wala pay experience compared sa taas na kaau ug experience pero sa lain lain nga BPO.. mas mo bilib sila if 5 years na ka nagcall center dn the entire 5 years kay sa usa ra ka ka.company, kay usa daw sa ila pangitanon kanang naay long term commitment.. and sakto jud ka bro, naay jus sumthing sa iyang interview.
