yes, so far the best tool to delete an entire folder and completely empty the trash in the shortest possible time is Legacy File Manager in your Admin CP.

If you use FTP Clients softwares dugay kaayo mahuman ug erase sa files tagsa tagsa kada file, compared to Legacy dali ra madelete.

Kun mao na ang sitwasyon nimo karon, i guess there is nothing you can do anymore on your end, it's a hosting issue, you must give them time to update.

On the other hand, uploading an entire folder using your Admin CP tools may only let you upload one by one or either give you ten upload boxes, it's best if you use Globalscape CuteFTP kay makaupload ka whole folder directly

naa man sad ko cute FTP na installer and i use it almost 1yr. last yr.
pero ni balhin lang ko pagkibaw nko about sa ftpzilla. same raman sad sila feature gud
and free ra siya no regristertion ug easy install ra basta naa lang mozila.

i think ang filezilla dili pwede ang duha ka separate connections nagdagan.
In CuteFTP if you have say 3 clients pwede ka mag-upload nila dungan, ang filezilla kung nagupload ka sa server #1 then gusto ka magdelete ug file sa server #2 it will ask you to break the current active connection before it can connect to a new task.
