I've been do development for many years now.
You have to categorize your price into DIFFICULTIES or LEVELS.
In my case, I'm the developer and I don't like overpricing projects. My aim is that I want my clients to come back to me. that's my strategy.

If the the client asks for further functions into more difficult tasks, I have the right to raise the price.
If the 5K for basic designing or easy website development.... I don't mind. As long as I satisfy my client, make the site visible to the search engine, and friendly for search engines....e.g. google

I'm unlike other developers out there just aiming for money.

As a developer, you don't have to own the domain the project you've just made. You can just ask the client to register of their own domain (as the real owner of the project).... and you'll just ask for the site access. That way you have your easy agreement.

If your client already have a domain with bad old website contents. And you want to replace the old contents............... You'll just ask for the access.

sakto ra na ang price bro. since dili man kaha lisud para nimu. At least make the design more professional and ELEGANT looking and pleasing, but don't make it too exaggerated with designs.

simple and elegant look. That way you make your client satisfied and come back to you for more. hehehehe. If you can't make it, your client wont come back to you.

If your mind says NO, it means you need to improve.

honestly for me, i think kulangan pa.. cguro on the color combination and spacing dili pa jud pang pro. hahayz... just want to study web designing jud.. photoshop, flash, html, css, js ug uban pa.... for me dili pa worth and 5k sa kana nga design.. ehehehe... just want to gain experience pa para confident...

Basta simple and nindut lang jud siya. Dili man jud necessary nga flash or images tanan / or CSS charr charr... Basta elegante lang jud siya tan-awn ug friendly pud sa search engine.
Kung pulos flash or images imu website dili mana makit-an sa google. You need more words and keywords in your contents. Proper titles, proper keywords, proper headers, and proper links. Follow lang sa search engine policies.

Yes dapat sakto ang color combination sa imu client's needs (theme color), either bawi-on ra nimu sa html colors or image backgrounds. Menu and content arrangements are your best assets.
